Dr. Hi Hello was founded by physicians tired of practicing medicine in 7-minute increments. We are removing the insurance middleman to restore the doctor-patient relationship.
THE 7-MINUTE PROBLEM
In the traditional fee-for-service model, a physician must see 30+ patients a day to cover administrative overhead. This reduces appointments to 7-10 minutes.
In 7 minutes, you cannot unpack the etiology of complex chronic pain. You cannot adequately review a patient's dietary habits. You can only write a prescription and move to the next room.
We restrict our patient panels to 600 (compared to the industry average of 2,500). This guarantees we have the time necessary to actually practice medicine.

Are you a tech company or a medical practice?
We are a medical practice. We built our own technology infrastructure because legacy EMRs are terrible, but our core product is clinical care, not software.
Where are you located?
We are licensed in 42 states for telehealth, and operate physical diagnostic clinics in Austin, New York, and Chicago for in-person requirements.
