PRIVACY FAQ
Will my employer know I am a patient?
No. Even if you use an HSA/FSA funded by your employer, they receive only anonymous aggregate data from the administrator, not itemized clinical records.
How do I request my records?
You may request a full export of your clinical record at any time via the patient portal. We provide this within 14 days in a standardized digital format.
