CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT
Chronic disease cannot be managed in 10-minute intervals. It requires continuous data, aggressive titration of pharmacotherapy, and lifestyle intervention.

ACUTE CARE PROTOCOLS
Respiratory Infections
We mandate synchronous video evaluation for upper respiratory symptoms. We do not prescribe antibiotics for presumed viral etiologies (e.g., acute bronchitis), adhering strictly to CDC stewardship guidelines.
Musculoskeletal Injury
Initial triage, direct ordering of appropriate imaging (X-ray/MRI), and expedited referrals to physical therapy or orthopedic specialists as indicated.
