We hire physicians, not mid-levels acting independently. Every provider is an MD or DO with at least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
VETTING STANDARDS
The standard in digital health is to hire the cheapest available licenced practitioner. Our standard is entirely different.

PROVIDER FAQ
Will I see the same doctor every time?
Yes. Continuity of care is the foundation of our model. You are assigned a primary physician whom you will see for all routine and chronic care. In acute, same-day situations, you may see a covering physician.
Do you use AI to diagnose?
No. We use technology to handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and data visualization. Clinical diagnosis and prescribing are strictly the domain of your human physician.
