We do not hesitate to escalate care when clinically necessary. If we cannot safely diagnose you remotely, we will direct you to one of our clinics or a local partner facility.

No. Your membership covers all consultations, whether virtual or physical. You only pay wholesale costs for specific lab processing or imaging if required.
What if I don't live near a clinic?
We partner with local imaging centers and urgent care facilities nationwide for the 10% of cases requiring hands-on examination, coordinating your care seamlessly.
